In this tutorial, I’ll walk you, step by step, through the process of creating a new Microsoft Azure Account. It is very easy — just follow the steps below (depending on where you are, your screens may look a little different.). And since Microsoft offers a FREE Azure Account with $200 credit for 30 days, you’ll have plenty of time to experiment with your server without worrying about being billed for usage.

Now, your account creation process is completed. You're ready to start with Azure. Go to portal by clicking on the button, "Go to the portal"

You will come "Quickstart Center" on Azure Portal. Here you will have the option to build, deploy, and operate Microsoft Azure.
